Product range

Actuators without spring return

Actuators without spring return are used for regulating buildings’ heat and ventilation systems. They are mainly for air dampers and water valves.

7 models02

Fast-running actuators

Fast-running actuators without spring return are especially used in industry, when equipment must be set to a specific position in the shortest time.

2 models03

Actuators for BMS (Modbus)

4Nm actuator with Modbus RTU/RS485 communication for direct connection to building management systems (BMS).

1 models04

Actuators with spring return

Actuators with spring return are used wherever it is necessary to set dampers or other equipment to a specific position if the electricity fails — e.g. frost protection of coils.

4 models05

Fire & smoke damper actuators — spring return

Actuators with spring return for fire and smoke dampers are used in fire ventilation systems where it is necessary to set dampers to a specific position if the electricity fails or is shut off.

3 models06

Smoke damper actuators — no spring

Actuators without spring return for fire and smoke dampers are used exclusively in fire ventilation systems (smoke extraction).

2 models07

Control valves

BV control ball valves and ZV / ZV-S zone valves for regulating hot and cold water flow in heating, cooling and fan-coil systems.

3 models08

Accessories

Valve-linkage adapters, 0–10V feedback potentiometers and cable bushings.
